Returning via Mail:

Contact us first, please DO NOT send return items back unannounced.
Please email support@thepatriotcafe.com to commence returns before return-mailing products for customer service to assist you with your return.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging within 30 days of original purchase.
Only products with valid proof of purchase will be accepted. Must include a copy of receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns on items not directly purchased from our website or phone order number.
Purchases from retail locations must be returned to the original location to determine return eligibility.
We are not affiliated with eBay, Amazon, or other 3rd party vendors; we do not accept returns from these vendors.
If your return/exchange meets all the requirements above, please mail your items back to our shipping center at The Patriot Cafe, 716 Central Ave #1, Highland Park, IL, 60035.
The returned item remains your responsibility until it reaches us; we advise sending a package using a trusted delivery service that insures the value of your goods.
The cost of shipping of item returned is your responsibility as well; charges for delivery are only refundable in cases where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
After the return is received, a full refund will be issued of your items excluding the original delivery charge. Or, if preferred, the item will be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
